Precautions for the Use of Ball Valves

(1) Before disassembly or during the disassembly process, it must be confirmed that the pressure in the pipelines upstream and downstream of the ball valve has been relieved.
(2) Immediately take out non-metallic parts from the cleaning agent after cleaning; do not soak them for a long time.
(3) When assembling, tighten the flange bolts symmetrically, gradually and evenly.
(4) The cleaning agent must be compatible with the rubber, plastic, metal parts inside the ball valve and the working medium (such as gas). If the working medium is gas, gasoline can be used to clean the metal parts. Use pure water or alcohol to clean the non-metallic parts.
(5) All disassembled parts of the ball valve can be cleaned by soaking. For metal parts with non-metallic parts that have not been disassembled, wipe them with a clean fine cloth moistened with cleaning fluid (to prevent fibers from falling off and adhering to the parts). During cleaning, all oil stains, dirt, adhesives, dust, etc. on the walls must be removed.
