Overview
Forged steel globe valve is one important type of valve in the oil & gas field and power plant, because it can be applicable to water, oil and gas with high temperature and high pressure. Forged steel globe valve can be divided into socket welded globe valve, butt-welded globe valve, threaded globe valve, flanged globe valve, Y type globe valve, with materials of steel ASTM A105N, alloy steel A182 F11, A182 F22, stainless steel A182 F304/L, A182 F316/L, A182 F5, duplex s.s. A182 F51 and low temperature steel A350 LF2. And also, extended body, extended bonnet, locking device and low temperature is available as optional. Globe valves are available in three bonnet designs. The first design is the Bolted Bonnet, with male-female joint, spiral wound gasket, made in F304L/graphite. Ring joint gasket are also available on request. The second design is the welded bonnet, with a threaded and seal welded joint. On request a full penetration strength welded joint is available. The third design is the pressure seal bonnet, with a threaded and pressure seal bonnet joint.
