400X Flow Control Valve Descriptions

400X flow control valve is one type of multi-function valve by adopting high-precision pilot way to control flow. It is applicable to distribution pipe needing flow and pressure control, to keep preset flow not change, limit too big flow to certain preset one, and reduce upstream pressure properly. So that the main valve downstream flow will not be affected even though the main valve upstream pressure has changed. The valve doesn’t like the normal throttle valve which adopts orifice or purely mechanical ways to reduce the flow area, but it use relevant pilot valve. As a result, the valve could reduce mostly the energy loss during the throttling process. In case of emergency, it can cut off the flow fully to avoid loss.
