Pneumatic lug butterfly valve PTFE lined is one type of lug type PTFE lined butterfly valve mounted with double action or single action pneumatic actuator, which is mounted between two matching flanges of the piping. And our PTFE lined butterfly valve has special gland structure, which can be adjustable, in this case our PTFE lined valve has better sealing performance. And it’s with direct mounting pad ISO 5211 standard, which make it be mounted with pneumatic actuator directly, no need mounting another bracket. Because this type of PTFE lined butterfly valve is with materials of steel and stainless steel, it can work with bigger pressure up to 25bar or even 300LB. According to actual piping conditions, wafer type butterfly valve can be manufactured according to different flanges standards, such as ASMEB16.5, JB78, JB79, JIS10K, EN1092. Lug type butterfly valve can be also mounted on the piping end as exhaust valve.
